<b> Job Title: </b> Artificial Lift Application Engineer<br> <br> <b> Location: </b> Pekanbaru<br> <br> <b> Job Description: </b><br> <br> The Application Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering optimized technical job designs within the area of responsibility. The Application Engineer supports the Product Line in risk management and applies lessons learned to improve job design.<br> <br> You will be expected to provides real-time support to Product & Service Delivery as required, and be responsible for the cost of service delivery.<br> <br> <b> Responsibilities: </b><br> <ul> <li> Develop technical job designs of Artificial Lift.</li> <li> Identify areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.</li> <li> Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.</li> <li> Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process.</li> <li> Support the operational unit PSD team and PSD Manager in the execution phase with design changes as required due to changes in job dimensions, resource availability or service quality incidents.</li> <li> Assist in incident response, recovery and investigation.</li> <li> Assist the Sales and Commercial team in evaluating technical viability and tenders.</li> <li> Analyze job execution versus design, and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities, including lessons learned and best practices.</li> </ul> <br> <b> Qualifications: </b><br> <ul> <li> Has 3-5 years working in similar field.</li> <li> Able to work in Indonesia legally without any sponsorship.</li> <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.</li> <li> Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.</li> <li> Capable of working in groups as well as independently.</li> <li> Team player with an enthusiastic approach to fresh challenges </li> </ul> <br> If you are looking for an exciting career in a dynamic international company, rewarding career opportunities and an attractive compensation package, we encourage you to apply.
