Reporting to the State Operations Manager, as the Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing customers within the pharmacy channel, both corporate and independent. You will manage a South Perth Territory as well as a regional trip to Margaret River once per quarter. In this role you will develop strong relationships with Pharmacy Buyers, Business Owners, Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff. Responsible for driving sales, ranging, point of sale, shelf and training. There is also an account management aspect to this role as you will manage a major independent pharmacy group. You will work with market leading brands such as Codral, Zyrtec, Band-Aid, Listerine, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Neostrata and Johnson & Johnson Baby. The Ideal candidate for this role will be a strong communicator who build’s relationships quickly. You will be passionate, enthusiastic with strong sales ability. To be successful in the role you will be a strong negotiator with the ability to drive compliance in your stores. What you’ll do Develop and implement territory plans to ensure sales and promotional objectives are achieved. Ensure that designated products are ranged and sold in line with ranging targets specified for all pharmacies on territory. Ensures that in-store trainings are negotiated in line with cycle objectives and are executed within store for all pharmacies and personnel on territory. Plan and deliver an annual promotion and activation calendar to deliver optimum value within your portfolio. Monitors sales performance, recommend and implement initiatives to enhance sales and capitalise on business opportunities. Update contact management system after each call, and ensure customer profiling info is accurate, to ensure effective planning and organising. Category Management. Manage balanced monthly and quarterly budgetary spends with stores and state-based accounts. Conduct business reviews with key pharmacies/accounts to build relations. Qualifications Who you are. Ideally hold a Tertiary qualification in either business/marketing/sciences. Proven success as Pharmacy Territory Manager. Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with customers. High Learning agility, resilient with an agile approach, Strong presentation, negotiation, analytical and selling skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office Capability in Word, Excel & Power Point. Must hold full driver license. Closing date: Sunday 31st July.
