SolarWinds is looking for a Global Channel Marketing Specialist Partner Portal to join the Global Channel Marketing team to implement and manage content & programs across our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal and to support our channel program needs. This is an exciting Global opportunity in which you will support the Global Partner Marketing & Sales organizations by ensuring a sublime partner experience and seamless internal process via our PRM system, run on Impartner. You will prioritize and execute on portal and channel program development requests, simplify processes, increase partner & user satisfaction and system adoption both internally & externally. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to meet deadlines in the fast-paced environment. We are metrics driven; therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong analytical acumen, ability to review data and draw accurate conclusions. Responsibilities Overall support and management of our PRM system run on Impartner Drive for a best-in-class Partner Experience on our partner portal Manage general workflows and content updates on the platform and ensure any issues are resolved quickly so that the Portals are always 100% operational and up to date. Ensure all information is correct and up to date (pricing, product, marketing campaigns). Report on PRM ROI, metrics, and updates to internal stakeholders Operationalize & improve process for new & existing channel programs & lead registration Build processes to track partner attainment and execution to expand the channel ecosystem. Help execute quarterly / annual marketing plans within the PRM Platform. Directly manage Campaign Hub, MDF Module and Events Calendar on the Partner Portal. Work with creative team to develop assets to supporting PRM tool. Collaborate with key suppliers, agencies & channel partners on promotional items, localization, content needed for the PRM. Report performance of all campaigns and assess against business targets. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Work across internal teams to support cross-functional alignment with various Support the Global Channel Marketing team to fulfil both near term and long-term goals. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment. Must have strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3-5years of digital marketing / portal administration experience Experience in managing a web portal or PRM experience (Impartner certified experience preferred) Experience in managing databases / data analytics skills is preferred Marketo / Eloqua experience preferred Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills; proficiency in Excel & Tableau preferred; Prior Salesforce experience is a plus EMEA Day Shift: 09:00 – 17:30 GMT
