Senior Process Designer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is recruiting for a Senior Process Designer to join our team in Brisbane. This is permanent contract with the business recently securing several large projects with our existing long-term client, in addition to a new and significant brownfields engineering opportunity being negotiated with a major player in the LNG industry. <br><br>Reporting to the Group Leader - Process and working as part of our clients' integrated team, you will produce / review Process Design packages on a major brownfields oil & gas project, with the support of a small team. <br><br>In addition, you will: <br><ul><li> Readily take ownership of discipline design commitments and requirements on a project </li><li> Ensure deliverables are consistently checked, accurate and presentable </li><li> Provide day to day services to the project </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Ideally you will have relevant experience in a Senior Process Designer level role in the Oil & Gas sector, within an EPCM engineering and maintenance project environment, with both onshore and offshore scope of work engagements. <br><br><b> What will set you apart will be your proven experience with SmartPlant P&ID. </b> <br><br>In addition, you will have <br><ul><li> Relevant Certificate or suitably qualified by industry experience </li><li> An ability to interpret and translate engineering concepts into practical designs </li><li> Professional demeanour and interpersonal skills </li><li> An ability to both lead and work collaboratively in a team environment </li><li> Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) </li><li> Excellent analytical and numerical skills </li><li> A solutions mindset and able to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities </li></ul><br> Shortlisting will commence immediately. <br><br>Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. <br><br>If you're a Senior Process Designer, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
