As a Junior Field Specialist, you will be responsible of:
- Receiving and following detailed instructions under direct supervision.
- Learning and assisting crew members during Installation and/or Maintenance activities at customer sites.
- Learning and executing maintenance and installation tasks on our rotating equipment.
- Assisting other crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
- Interacting with an assigned mentor or supervisor and collaborating with specialists and supervisors in the group.
- Executing responsibilities safely and in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
- Performing related duties as required.
- Conducting business activities in alignment with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Core Values
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Technical Diploma
- Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities
- Ability to work well and communicate with others
- Willingness to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions
- Commitment to learning through On-The-Job Training
- Adherence to safety practices, processes, and procedures
- Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit
Desired requirements:
- Emerging knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- Specialization in Centrifugal Compressors Products
- Good Mechanical/Control attitude
